In this project, my duties included creating flowcharts, sitemaps, wireframes, conducting user research, requirements gathering, and testing all of the UX interactive prototypes before the tours made it to the developers. The visual designs, interactive prototypes, and core functionality were all designed using Sketch and Invision app.
This is the current interface the CSR’s are using on a daily basis. I’d say it’s time for an update! 👍
Adding a form before was a manual process prior to the NexGen project. Communication and execution were priority in this component as some really complex business logic came into play for specific form types and the status of those forms.
